Responsible for delivering enterprise technical training to LEP technical support group and DSP, which includes new hirer training, new product training etc.,
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engage with internal customer to understand the needs of training.
2. Follow Dell product roadmap, engage with global training program managers to get necessary information; Prepare and develop the training prior to training delivery.
3. Deliver the technical training.
4. Actively track training result via getting feedback and trainees’ performance change.
5. Actively participate in L&D initiatives.
6. Continuously learn new knowledge according to the requirement of business.
