l Deliver against sales quotas.
l Lead the sales team to deliver the business's financial and telecom targets;
l Manage, Support and motivate sales team to provide best customer experience and solutions based on the customer's needs through effective communication over the phones;
l Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales incentive programs, career development opportunities, reporting mechanisms, and marketing programs.
l College diploma or above, 5+ years sales working experience with 3+ year in people management role. IT industry, call center working experience preferred
l Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets.
l Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics.
l Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance.
